Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 35 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Room information

All bright and tastefully decorated rooms feature twin beds. The maximum capacity of the rooms is 2 adults and one child. Fridges and safes are available upon request at an additional charge.

Area information

Discover the wide range of shops, bars and restaurants in the local town which cater to a variety of tastes and nationalities. Why not sample some Majorcan culture and visit the local flea market where you can try out your negotiating skills. Make a visit to the famous archeological remains at the Son Real Necropolis burial ground, just a 20-minute walk away. There is plenty to do for adults and children in and around this coastal resort. Lose yourself in the giant maze of El Laberinto, get soaked at the giant waterpark in the neighbouring town or race your friends at the Go Karting track in C’an Picafort. Alternatively, discover the island’s diverse flora and fauna and visit the wetland nature reserve just outside the resort, with its wide range of birdlife. Buses run regularly to the neighbouring towns of Alcudia and C’an Picafort if you would like to explore further.
