The Cas Ferrer Nou was once a former blacksmith’s house in the centre of Alcudia’s old town. Since then, the building has been carefully converted into a stylish, modern hotel which still retains much of its historic charm. Fashionable lighting illuminates details such as bare-stone walls and pretty, original tiles. Each chic guestroom comes with smart parquet floors and trendy furnishings. If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 1 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 32.10 per night and person in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 48.15 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet is an exclusive space situated in a privileged situation with 6 modern and quiet rooms. Each of them has been designed with a different concept in mind. These concepts are linked with lyrism and Mediterranean life attempting to capture a new cosmopolitan, yet comfortable way of life. Throughout the hotel, tradition is mixed with modernism and different Mediterranean themes are represented. Some of these concepts are L’Alguer, Pollentia, Istanbul, Botticelli, Safo, Kavafis.

Food & beverage

Traditional, Majorcan-style breakfasts are served in the hotel, prepared from local ingredients. You can enjoy your breakfast on the patio in the open air or in the lounge area.

Area information

The surrounding city of Alcudia is one of the most historically important on the Balearic Islands. Because of this you can visit many Roman ruins, as well as Moorish and Christian remains, in the local area. Also nearby is the beautiful, natural scenery of the coastal S’Albufera nature reserve – ideal for a peaceful walk.
