Cancellation Policy
If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra bed
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6 per night for cots.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged 65 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Hotel information
The small charming village of Fornatlutx has just 540 inhabitants. The village is just 3 km from the town of Soller, 24 km from Mallorca’s capital city, Palma, and 7 km from the beautiful Porto de Soller beach.
A natural cave forms the hotel’s breakfast room and every morning a generous buffet breakfast is on offer. Guests can enjoy their breakfast on the terrace in the attractive surroundings of the garden with superb views across the mountains. The gentle birdsong provides a delightful accompaniment to the meal and the stunning backdrop.
The hotel’s facilities and wonderful peaceful setting make it a great place for a peaceful, restful, restorative break.

Travel information
The nearest airport is in Palma De Mallorca, Son San Juan (30 kilometres away).
From Palma Airport take the motorway towards Palma/Andratx and leave at the exit "Via de Cintura". Then leave this road at the "Sóller" exit and continue on the C711 road past Bunyola and through the tunnel to Sóller.
Once you have reached Sóller we recommend that you continue on the main road towards "Puerto de Sóller. After about one kilometre turn right at the roundabout towards Lluch/Pollensa.
After about 4 kilometres you will see a sign on the right indicating the way to Fornalutx. Once you arrive there cross the village and follow the instructions on the above map.
Important information
For reservations of 1 to 3 days, one night will be charged to guarantee the reservation.
For reservations of more than 4 days, 25% of the total amount will be charged to guarantee the reservation.
