Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Food & beverage

The hotel has a new buffet area in its own separate room, offering several different themed buffets and a wide selection of different foods. Each morning a generous breakfast buffet is served in the hotel’s main restaurant from 08:00 to 10:00. A buffet dinner with hot and cold items is available from 18:30 to 20:30. There is also a bistro in the garden between the pools, which is open from 10:00 to 20:00. The hotel’s lounge bar serves a variety of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, as well as snacks. The bar has a large terrace overlooking the sea and is open from 10:00 to 20:00. The Bar Panoramico is on the sixth floor and is the ideal spot to relax and admire the beautiful view as you enjoy a drink. The bar is open from 20:00 to 23:00.
