A luxury, converted 16th century Majorcan finca, located just 4 km from Esporles, on the southern branch of the mighty mountain range of Sierra de Tramuntana.
This mansion was converted into a luxurious 4-star hotel retaining many of the original architectural features were preserved. Now the hotel is a clever fusion of architecture from the late middle ages, modern elements and functionality.
Nestled up on the mountain slope of the La Fita del Rams at an altitude of 510 metres, close by there is a nature reserve with breathtaking views over the south of the island.

Being a converted period manor house, the stone walls, high ceilings, nooks and crannies and balconies and terraces give each one of the rooms has its own individual charm and character
There are ample suites with separate lounges as well as neat and cosy rooms and have all been decorated combining the original Baroque style with the latest technology and comforts.
Food & beverage
The restaurant is considered of the islands best kept secrets and located in the former Tafona oil press, which is one of the most beautiful on the island. Back in the days when the Majorcan family, Marqués de Verger, ran the manor, olive oil was extracted from the surrounding olive groves and sold at the market. The old oil mill is still an admirable piece of architecture as a restaurant and an incomparable setting for an enjoyable meal.
The Sa Tafona offers an elaborate culinary array of international specialities, as well as local dishes, which are exclusively prepared from the island’s fresh products.
You can choose from the à la carte menu or simply let the chef spoil you with his special menu.
During the summer months can dine out on our panoramic restaurant terrace, enjoying the dramatic views of Palma’s valley and capturing the Mediterranean evening colours.

The hotel's setting is truly an oasis of peace and quiet, surrounded by countryside and mountains accompanied by the chirping of bird song.

Travel information
By Car:
-When you leave the airport take the motorway toward Palma.
-Exit at the junction marked Via Cintura and continue along this ring road until you can exit for Valldemosa.
-After about 8 km you will come to a roundabout turn off for Esporlas (left).
-Once you enter the village of Esporles follow the signs for the hotel.
