Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Hotel information
The resort has been managed by the Vicens Family from more than 40 years.
The owners endeavour to offer a more friendly and personal service than your average resort hotel.
Suitable for all whether guests are solo travellers, couples or families.
Room information
Apartments are ideal for families of up to 4 people and junior suites are ideal for couples. Junior suites can accommodate 2 adults and one child on request.
Food & beverage
Each morning you can enjoy a delicious, plentiful breakfast surrounded by pine and palm trees out on the terrace of the hotel’s Bona Vista Cala Santanyí restaurant. The breakfast includes cereals, fruit, local cheeses, marmalades/jams, cold and cured meats, different types of bread, cakes, juices, coffee and teas.
In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious, exclusive buffet, including a wide range of dishes, a variety of salads with fresh herbs and dressings and typical traditional local specialities of the island. The cuisine on offer is principally Mediterranean, with a choice of fish, meat or vegetarian dishes. A special children’s menu is also available.
Breakfast is available from 08:00 to 10:00 and dinner is available from 18:00 to 20:30.
The restaurant also offers diners the opportunity to enjoy fine cuisine carefully prepared by the chef using fresh, natural, local produce. Lunch is available from 13:00 to 15:30 and, in the evening, dinner is available from 20:00 to 22:30.

If you are looking for the authentic Majorca, with its romantic beauty, enjoy the island and bathe in the sea; then Cala Santanyí is the ideal place.
The picturesque, small, traditional town of Santanyí rests in the Natural Park of Mondragó. The idyllic, little creek of S' Almonia and romantic harbour of Cala Figuera are located a few km from the hotel.

By Car:
From the Airport:
- Take the motorway for Santanyi.
- Drive for around 10 minutes and exit for Campos, then follow signs for Santanyi.
- Once you arrive in town, take the "Via de Cintura" (beltway) on the right for Cala Santanyi / Cala Figuera.
- At the roundabout by the cemetery (2 km from the town), exit for Cala Santanyi-Playa.
- Once you arrive at the parking (with palm trees) on the beach, take the street on the left and a few meters on the left hand side, you will find the entrance of the apartments.
