S' Arenal

The city of Palma has one of the largest and best kept beaches of the island. Only a limited part of the sandy expanse is occupied by beach umbrellas and chairs, while the biggest part is free.

Being the beach of the city it results to be very crowded during the day, while at night the whole area turns into an enormous open air meeting place for young people that hang around and dance until dawn.
